Apartment Review for 108 Place Apartments - Austin, TX

I lived in this place. What I can tell is that the owner is a penny pincher he will suck your dollar as much as he can. Mostly from the deposit or any problem the apartment has. He doesn't care about the people that live there only about taking as much as he can from the tenant and having as much control as possible over the apartment. The managers are always changing and often weird. One of them was stilling everyone including the owner. With the owner protecting him. They go inside your apartment without asking authorization. There is absolutely no privacy. If you want to have someone to sleepover you have to pay also. I would not live in this place again and I regret having lived there. This was a horrible experience I definitely don't recommend staying at this place.
