The old mgmt was bad but the new one has gone out of their way to out do them. Office staff changes about every week, so good luck keeping up with the names. If you like being ignored just go to the front office, place a maintenance call, call the front office (its not because there busy trust me, Ive been in there several times and they just wont answer the phone!), leave messages.... basically anything that requires that they do something. To get a response you have to GO to the front office and confront them to get anything done. I've tried for months to resolve disputes of my deposit and found that other residents are doing the same with about the same luck, NONE! Everything is blamed on the old management and justifies them taking MONTHS to figure out and ignore you! Oh, and calling the mgmt company, MBS, is pointless too. The air conditioner has never worked but if you let it run constantly it will eventually cool down.... but the thermostat is way off so if you turn it down to 70, hopefully it will cool down to 80, but according to maintenance... its OK! These are just a few of the things that Ive encountered while living here. I really cant recommend this place for any reason. If you do move here for some crazy reason be sure to keep all your paperwork, copies of checks and any evidence that shows any interaction with them. Be prepared for misery. I cant wait too move!
