The Woods is so far the worst I have ever seen. If the condiction of apartment is nice, you will not have to worry about the management since you won't have to see them a lot. If the management is nice, you will be less bothered by the apartment condition. The Woods has both bad management and rotten apartment conditions. There are roaches running in my kitehcn, my living and my bedroom. The manager doesn't even want to help. The manager doesn't keep the promises that she told me before I signed the lease. The noise level is way too high. I can hear people talking in the parking lot almost every night (3:00A). The roof/wall is paper thin and I can hear my neighbor cough. The rent is way too expensive considering its condition (built in 1970's). Overall, this is the worst apartment I have ever stayed.
