| The Texan is advertised as a "luxury apartment". This couldn't be further from the truth. The property managers pay attention to your needs up until you sign the lease contract; the second they have your name on paper, they proceed to ignore your every request. For example, our dryer has been broken for the past month and despite several maintenance requests, we have yet to hear anything from the managers.
Please bear this in mind: we are paying $2400 a month to live here, and yet we cannot receive ANY packages in the mail because the managers didn't have the foresight to consider how a deliveryman might enter the apartment complex through the electronic gate. These are the same managers that installed bike racks inside the garage, and then installed garage gates without providing a means for bikers to exit. The property managers are pitiful, unavailable, and incompetent.
Do not live here. |
