| First, the water does not always work. Second, you pay for everything here, including water and covered parking, both of which you don't always get to use. Third, they are incredibly disorganized. They don't keep track of who has paid for water, and then they send out very threatening notices.
Most egregious, Westdale is dishonest. They sent out notices to us all saying we will now be charged for trash along with threats that if we did not start paying they would slap late fees on us. But it's not in our lease, and our lease does not allow them to unilaterally start charging us for things.
There is construction and noise starting early in the morning, and the office staff is rude and incompetent. |
