I've lived at the Falls for a year and a half too long. I have experienced the same problems and the other reviewer. I'm moving because I can't afford the electric bills and I'm tired of sweating at night during the summer and freezing during the winter. Although my one bedroom's floor plan is quite spacious, its not worth the hassle of the thin walls (my upstairs neighbors keep me up all night, several times a week) and the outrageous utility bills. I wouldn't recommend this property to anyone who values their money, sleep, and sanity. |
