If you do decide to lease here, make sure you get everything anyone tells you in writing, because they will pretend they never said anything of the sort when you are trying to hold them to it.

This is the only apartment I have ever lived in that the Non Refundable portion of the Pet deposit was not put toward anything except their own pockets. When they expresely told me that all damanges or charges acrued would first be taken out of the non refundable portion and then the refundable portion. The woman I spoke to, now claims she never said anything of the sort. She now claims that it's not a non refundable portion of the pet deposit, it's a fee for the management office. Never claimed that before, but now it's a fee. And when I asked her what it went to she told me two different stories. First 'it goes to a pool for ...pet...stuff' and then she says 'well it's just a fee for the management office.'

I also cleaned the place from top to bottom (even painted the walls again) and was charged a $150 cleaning bill.

And besides being told different stories regarding how much money they could charge me, while living there the lack of parking was completly rediculous. I had to park on the opposite side of the complex from my apartment on a regular basis. There's not enough parking for each building, and almost all of the parking spaces are 'compact car' only spaces. It was a terrible inconvenience, especially when carrying groceries, and god forbid you had a friend or family member try to visit.
