I lived in Riata in 2000-2001, so things may have changed, but I absolutely loved this apartment. The untis are beautiful (nice paint, carpet, crown molding, etc.) and floor plans are pretty well laid-out. Any maintenance issues that came up were dealt with immediately. There are 8 or 9 swimming pools (one for each enclave), tennis courts, basketball courts, running trails, raquetball courts, a HUGE workout facility with personal trainers and massage therapists, gas grills by every apartment building, and so many other amenities I can't mention them all. The community is mostly younger professionals and was a very safe place to live. I would recommend this apartment to anyone. I would still be there if I hadn't moved away from Austin- I really miss it. I have never found another aparment community like it. |
