Review Title:   Stay Away!!! This Place Sucks!!

THIS PLACE SUCKS!!! You can definitly kiss you money goodbye! The fee you out the ass and won't refund any of it. The keep bad records on the deposits you do pay so that they don't have to give the money back when you move out. While I was living there someone's car was put up on blocks because someone stole all 4 rims and tires off the car!!! It took them 3 months to let the residents know that there was burglary going on in the complex. It's no wonder there is crime because the "security gates" never closed, they are ALWAYS broken. Also the leasing office will give out the gate codes to anyone who wants them (ooohhh that makes me feel secure). I lived in the ghetto building (#6) there were people dealing drugs, the walls are paper thin so you hear music, fighting, love making, etc, all the little hooligans hang around that building leaning against cars, throwing footballs (that hit said cars). Once at 2am the building fire alarm went off, 2 girls had set it off and then fled. It took over an hour for the alarm to get turned off by the fire department. I just went around and around with the assistant property manager (Maggie) and the property manager (Toshia) about getting back all my deposits. Because they kept such bad records and I paid with money orders I'm not getting everything I am due back!!! Parking? What Parking? They purposely didn't put in enough parking spots (hope you like to walk to your builing in the dark with weird men following you). They did this so you would be more inclined to purchase covered parking or a garage (which you have to sign a lease for). Pet deposits...hope you like to pay them and not get ANY of your money back! They always find some reason not to pay you! I lived there 1 1/2 years, during that time the complex went through 3 property managers and was sold to a different corporation once. The lose your packages. The office "graciously" accepts packages from UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc for you. But when you go to pick them up they are nowhere to be found. You know they have been signed for by the property manager but darn it if they don't know what she did with it (took it home and is enjoying pakage!). I moved in Jan 2005, during my first week there I found a tick on my wall, they never sent out anyone to spray. In April 2005 I noticed weird looking bugs (termites) coming out of my return vent. I contacted the office and they sent someone out 5 days later (unacceptable). That guy "treated". 2 weeks later I noticed more and more termites, the office sent someone out that day. The guy found the nest in the apartment below me he said he removed it and that the problem was fixed. April 2006 what do I find more termites swarming out of my return vent. The office no longer contracted with Terminix so some retard from World Wide Pest Control came out and sprayed 3 TIMES!!! Building 6 is swarming with termites, they don't care and they aren't going to do anything about it. I was told when I resigned my lease (I only did that because I was going to move out of state in less than 6 months and I didn't want to move my crap to another complex for 6 mths), that they would have my carpet cleaned...that never happened. People do not clean up after their dogs, the grass is covered in dog poop and it smells, especially when it is right by the sidewalk that goes to your builiding. The dumpster...always full, always has bags of trash blocking the walk way, SMELLS! Water bill...I have never in my life paid $30.00 a month for water!!! I lived in a one bedroom apartment, there was only me living there. I DID NOT use $30 worth of water. You are paying for them to water the entire complex 2-3 times daily. One Saturday afternoon I noticed that the sprinklers around my building had been on since the morning. The ground was so saturated that it was soaking in any more water and the parking lot was partially flooded. I called the office and told a girl that the sprinklers had been on all days. 3 hours later they were still on. I went to the office and spoke with Casey and said the sprinklers are on, they have been on all day, the parking lot is starting to flood, etc. They finally turned them off an hour later...my water bill that month was almost $40.

BEWARE!! STAY AWAY!! The apartment may be beautiful but the office is a pain in the ass to deal with you, and you don't realize how often you actually have to deal with them!
