During my stay I lost money in their laundry facility over 50 times. Eventually, I had to pack my laundry and go down the street with it. Complaints fell on deaf ears, however management would give you your money back in the event that they were present; which they rarely were. The maintenance was horrific; 75% of all washing machines in ALL laundry rooms were always broken. Tennants scratched "broken" with sharp objects on the paint of the washers/dryers so you could never trust putting your money in them even if they did get them repaired. The cameras that were installed in the laundry rooms were stollen! The manager admitted to me that they were installed as a deterent to vandalism, but they were never "connected" or "monitored". They were just hanging there! The pool is an absolute toilet (literally). The grounds are surrounded by dry rotted logs that actually caught fire once because some rocket scientist threw a cigarette butt in it and the combination of leaves and logs built a nice comfy fire 2 feet from the building. I personally had to call the fire department. Now, lets talk about the tranvestite with the 5 o'clock shadow that tried to carry me off into the bushes for a mere $20; no, let's not! Drugs pushers/users are everywhere and the place is over crowded with 8 people or more per apartment which results in the over utilization of the dumpsters which were ALWAYS over flowing. The management decided that certain locations where there was formerly legal parking spots in front of the walk entrances were no longer legal. Fine, but give us notice before you tow us! They did reimburse me for this towing after I complained enough. Fire alarms and fire extiniguishers are optional equipment here apparently. The only nice thing that I could say about the place is that it has big trees and lots of shade, which is nice in Texas.
