The manager is terrible. You have to request things to be fixed many times and it doesn't always get fixed. Manager is an old, grumpy jerk, but the secretary is nice. The apartment may not nessarily be cleaned when you move in. For example, there was a nasty chocolate milk stain that was OBVIOUSLY not cleaned when I moved in. The walls are paper thin so you can hear the conversations of people standing outside across the complex. Finally, they do not always give you a 24 hour notice before showing others your apartment for future renting. I would not recommend living there at all. |
