>bottom apartments flood and the management won't care or do anything to help
>there is no place for visitors to park and if they park there they WILL get towed and have to pay $130 to get their car out of hock
>maintenance will let your pets out of your apt if you are not there when they come in..and not care or help find them (even if you paid the pet deposit)
>the maintenance emergency pager is NEVER answered!
>if your neighbor smokes...you smoke too!
>if your faucet leaks a bathtub full a day, they will NOT fix it or care that you pay for that water
>if you talk to a manager (Terry) she will not try to help you...she will repeat the same sentence until you hang up |
