Reviewer:   Anonymous   Review Date:  6/18/06      Rate This Apartment     Hunter's Glen is probably the most unorganized, unsafe, and unfriendly place to rent from. The staff isn't friendly at all and only view their job as a paycheck not that they should care about tenants. They have no idea what the maintenance people do. They do not walk through apartments before move-in. We found dead cockroaches in the corners and horrible issues that made the apartment not livable. Please don't make the mistake we did. Also, their policies do not allow for any happenings in your life. They do not know how to be reasonable and work with their tenants and sustain satisfication! Their prices aren't worth what you get. The tenants that have been there for a while blare tejano and high bass rap music into the early hours of the morning. People's cars have been broken into left and right, and missionaries and kids bikes have been stolen recently. All that crime and they have a security guard who obviously doesn't guard anything. Again, don't make the mistake. As an Austinite, they are keeping austin UNLIVABLE!!! Not Beautiful.
