Its A Uti Reviewer:   Anonymous   Review Date:  2/27/06      Rate This Apartment     This appartment is horrible. Now new stuff added to it. Any new lease will be forced to pay for cable now ( $50). They say its a utility and you have to take it. Can this be a legal ? How can they call cable as a utility ? Soon some one is going to sue them, I am sure for that.
