This apartment is also known as Churchill Crossing. The management staff as well as the reginal manager, Linda Bassett are awful. This community has alot of uncourtious residents. They drive through playing loud music, speeding etc. There is also possible drug dealing as well as known drug users going on in this community. They do nothing about complaints, and when an individual complains, they will request to retrieve your apartment at the end of your lease. They do not like to deal with problems and have 4 charges that have been filed with the Human Rights Commission on file, as well as complaints with the Austin Tenants Council. I do not recommend this community to anyone and would suggest you look elsewhere. |
