It's quiet with good maintenance and office staff that are very responsive to complaints. They are friendly and welcoming. I live facing the street, and it's the best place to live because you can park in the street and not have to fight for parking in the parking lot. In the lot, it's hard to get a space in front of your apartment. Overall, I've lived here for nearly two years with no major complaints.
