So at five I'd be melting down even with the ac on. Also, water pressure is not good at all and be aware that sometimes (more constantly now) I would have hot water on both fawcets (yeah, that's right hot water everywhere). The worse of all, nobody could ever take care of anything. With this problems I'd never live here again. Right now we have many apt available many are moving out.
