They charge for fixing items in the apartment. $30 for a blind that had a single slate broken (from a previous tenet) They submitted the check in list late, over a month(i had to ask for it) Because I did not submit it within 4 days (i was on vacation) they would not accept it. (Many items needed fixing.) I am still waiting for my deposit which they stated they sent by certified mail, but I am having the greatest difficulty having them provide me with the tracking # to take to the post office. The "check" they told me was returned to corporate office as "uclaimed" but they walked to my apt to tell me if I wanted it reissued it would cost me $30.00. They could not provide me with proof of tracking #. The owner promised they would issue the check well I am still waiting!! 2 weeks later. However their secretary informed me that another tenet also had non delivery of their deposit but they called him to issue the refund promptly. Most of the problems occur from withholding information They then tell the residents "its the policy "though they do not give any written information. The apartment is convenient and i guess if you want to pay for cheap rental this is it, but you get what you pay for.
