There is a constant pool party every Sat and Sun and nearly everyothe day of the week, of which 1/2 are not Argosy inhabitants. My roomate's truck was stolen from the complex (never to be seen again) and we would often have to park in the back of the complex, (the area usually reserved for overnight guests). Maintenance issues are slow to get noticed and then are completed half-ass. If you do however, choose Argosy keep tabs of conversations you have had with them on any and every subject to cover your ass when it is time to leave and they want to stick you with a huge bill as well as taking the deposit.
