FOR CHEAP!! that is the only reason we lived there, the maintainance guy took our broiling pan for god sake when he fixed the stove, the hot water lasts about 10 minutes and the whole building was on a slant. the place cost about $130 in summer for electrictiy ONLY 450 FT2! But campared to others that are priced the same it wasn't that bad, and atleast the car gates worked 90% of the time. |
