1) The outside of the buildings look horrible, and the inside is no better, dirty crown moldings and shoddy paint and patching jobs.

2) Security? What security? The front "security" gates were ALWAYS broken, like hanging from one broken bolt.

3) I had a mysterious black mold develop in one of the bathrooms of my "luxury" apartment. Everyone in the apartment was also mysteriously ill during this time, and when I called to report the odd mold, they could not have cared less. I am an aivd cleaner. My apartment was spotless. This was mold growing in the WALLS, and popping out of the door frame. GROSS!

4) Dog poo everywhere!

I could go on and on and on and on, but point blank, they just do not care about these apartments or the people who live in them. It s@cked, and I regret ever wasting a year of my life in that over-priced hell hole.
