Here is what you can expect: terrible service in the front office; no compensation when the swimming pool is closed for over a month; the noise level is comical; the swat team came and arrested a guy that lived under me one morning at 7:30 a.m.; I lived there for a year and guess how many times I saw a security officer - 0, not once; don't think that you will get your entire security deposit back - won't happen regardless of how spotless you leave the apartment - we had our carpets cleaned before moving out and still had to pay a carpet cleaning fee; and here was the kicker for me as a tenant: I woke up one Sunday mornning at 6:00 am to drive up to Dallas and I go down into the garage. When I hit the garage door button the door does not come up. I had a broken coil on the garage door. The coils break down after a while and eventually give way. No big deal right? I just unlock the door and manually open it - didn't happen. The door would not open at all. I call maintenance and because it is Sunday and not considered an emergency they can't come open the door. I tried to get ahold of our security people but they would not connect me to them because again - it was not an emergency. I was not able to get my vehicle out of the gagarge until 4:00 p.m. Needless to say, I did not get up to Dallas that Sunday. So how did the front office handle it? They didn't, I never heard from them. No apologies, and certainly no compensation. It truly is embarrassing how insensitive the people in the front office really are to their tenants. Its a joke really. Anyways, do yourself a favor and look at the 100 other apartments that line Parmer and the surrounding area - you be glad that you did.
