| My wife and I moved into Abbey Road Apts a few years ago and basically were never really happy but also never so unsatisfied that we were willing to endure another move. Since moving in we have been through 5 different managers and our apartment has been flooded 6 times. We found out that the flooding has been a problem for more than a decade, but simply never addressed.
The unit above has always been a bit noisy (poorly insulated celings), but we were willing to put up with it to avoid the hassle of moving. Then the latest manager had the brilliant idea of installing hardwood floors in the unit above us while it was in between tenants. Now we have a new upstairs neighbor and we can also every step our new neighbor takes. Every single step. It litterally rattles the dishes in our kitchen cabinets.
In short... this place was someplace we were just marginally displeased with after moving in... now it has evolved into someplace that we are looking forward to moving out of.
